Electrically operated Part Conveyors Series TPE (ETP)

The electrically operated and patented linear Part Conveyors of series TPE had been constructed to solve problems of transport of parts as well as disposal of scrap out of press dies effectively and at reasonable cost.    

This system moves stamping parts as well as stamping scrap out of the press die area, just by vibration. The part conveyor moves the material tray, which is screwed to the part conveyor, rhythmically slowly forward and fast backward. By this way the parts on the tray, due to their mass inertia, move forward on the tray up to the end of the tray, where they will be feeded into a collecting box. Alternatively, at the end of the tray, the parts / the scrap can be forwarded furtheron by common transport belts. 

The material tray is adopted to the conditions of the press die. The material tray usually is produced by the customer on his own. Upon request it also can be offered by us. As a metal tray, in comparison to common transportation belts, it also has the advantage that it can not be cutted by sharp edges of stamping parts.

The electrically operated part conveyor series TPE '(ETP), due to its very low power consumption and its nearly maintenance-free working, causes even much less production cost than the pneumatically operated versions..

Additionally the electrically operated part conveyor series TPE is even more silent.

The new electrically operated part conveyors also do set new standards at topics of maintenance cost and process safety.

The installation is very simple. By the separation of Part Conveyor and Controller a lot of press dies can be equipped with each one unit of electrically operated part conveyor, whereby one controller for each press and part conveyor installed at one press die, will be sufficient.
