Feeder-Straighteners Series RSDE-80

The feeder-straighteners of series "RSDE" do have a closed straightening head without piloting function. They are used for press dies without piloting pins.

Feeder-straighteners of series "RSDE" as a standard are available with

• Roll Diameter of straightening rolls 80 mm
• 2 entry pinch rolls, 7 straightening rolls and 2 exit pinch rolls.
• Single adjustment of upper straightening rolls with indication of immersion depth
• Manual adjustment of upper entry- and exit pinch rolls
• Measuring gauges for indication of immersion depth
• Material guidance installation at entry side
• Maximum feeding speed 35 meter / minute
• For yield strength aprox 420 N/mm²
• Minimum material thickness aprox 0,6 mm
• Maximum material thickness 3,5 – 1,0 mm, depending on material width, without support rolls 
• Rolls hardened and grinded, 58 + 1 HRC
• Roughness of rolls 0,2 micron
• Maximum material widths of 200 mm, 300 mm, 400 mm, 500 mm, 650 mm, 800 mm
  and 1.000 mm
• Passline height 1.050 mm without height adjustment

• Standard positioning control
• Maintenance-free AC-Servomotor
• Machine stand with press mounting plate
