Pneumatically operated Gripper Feeds

 

The pneumatically operated gripper feeds of series AVP are built for feeding of coil material with a material thickness of up to 4,0 mm.
The gripper feeds of series AVP are, as you can see at the list below, available for processing of coil material with maximum material widths of 200 mm to 1.000 mm. The maximum possible feeding strokes, depending on the single model, are between 200 mm and 1.000 mm. 
 

Standard Configuration of the pneumatic Gripper Feeds of Series AVP:

• Press mounting plate
• Manual height adjustment + - 100 mm by long holes
• Machine stand with 4 legs
• Valve for opening of gripper for piloting function
• Manual adjustment of stroke length (in case of stroke lengths bigger 600 mm
  the maximum adjustable area is 600 mm)

Available Options:

• Protection housing for the gripper feed
• Maintenance unit for compressed air
• Plastic coated grippers for delicate materials
• Non-driven straightening device for material widths 200 / 300 / 400 / 500 mm
